A Candidate Profile and Job Description is generated from a detailed briefing meeting and also from our knowledge of the market.

This stage is documented and signed off for approval by the hiring manager and any other decision-maker.

Step 3 – Searching for the candidates

Step 4 - Selecting the best

Step 5 - Formal Client Interview

We facilitate first and subsequent interviews and communicate with the client and candidates.

Step 6 – Offer

Step 7 – Candidate support before starting working and during the adaptation period
